Mari has always been fascinated by good architecture, but it was renovating her own heritage Queenslander that turned an interest in property, into a career in real estate.

Over twelve years later, Mari’s keeps her plate full, and well-balanced. Dynamic in nature, she applies her expertise across the full spectrum of what &Gray has to offer. Her days are varied, but her to-do list is tidy, and her decisions are informed — because it takes a different kind of practicality to keep a team cohesive in an office running like clockwork.

There’s no iron fist in sight for Mari though. Her approach is light-hearted and that’s how her colleagues and clients know that for her, being in it for the long haul is non-negotiable. Mari is a lover of architecture, a friend, and is as organised at home as she is in the office — which is just as well, because balancing a day job with triplets is no mean feat.
